Established in 1986, Entire Mechanical Services is the air-conditioning contracting arm of the company. Our projects range from small air-conditioning refurbishments to multi-storey buildings and manufacturing plant installations. Entire Mechanical Services has worked with many of Melbourne’s top tier builders on a variety of landmark projects over the years. These projects consist mainly of core air-conditioning system installations but with the advent of modern building sustainability targets, our focus has extended to include power generation and energy management systems.

As always, the installation process is driven by our experienced in-house project management team, who oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. Each project manager takes ownership of a project and is responsible for keeping it on schedule and within budget. Site safety is always of the highest importance and each member of the project management team is well supported by an in-house occupational health and safety supervisor. The types of projects we undertake are –

  • High and Low Rise Commercial Offices.
  • Multi-storey Residential.
  • Manufacturing and Processing Plants.
  • Hospitals and Laboratories.
  • Prisons.
  • Schools.
  • Data Centres.
  • Shopping Centres.
Entire Mechanical Services is a member of the Air-Conditioning Mechanical Contractors Association (AMCA)

Entire prides itself with keeping up to date with the constantly changing innovations encompassing the Mechanical Services industry including 5-star buildings. Our team works closely with major building contractors and developers to provide value management proposals and alternative cost saving options throughout pre and post tender negotiations, ensuring the customer receives the most cost-efficient pricing.

Light Commercial projects accommodate all types of installation works including industrial, commercial, refurbishment, office fit outs, schools, libraries, universities, computer rooms and data centre air-conditioning projects.

WARRANTY

Entire Mechanical Services offers a 12-month comprehensive warranty with all new installations. Subject to negotiation, the warranty period can be extended beyond the initial 12 months to minimise costs and ensure plant reliability moving forward. The purpose of warranty is to rectify defects that could occur during the initial occupation of the building. Defects sometimes occur as floors become populated and the building’s air-conditioning system is put under load. All warranty jobs are managed, serviced and maintained by our in-house air-conditioning service department. We also offer to consult with the client’s energy auditors during the warranty period (and beyond) to assist with meeting the building’s energy consumption targets and optimise plant efficiency.
